Program Manager
We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Target Rock team!
As our Program Manager, you will be responsible for all Contracts functions and personnel including but not limited to the preparation and submittal of proposals for contract changes, audits, negotiations, correspondence, department policies and procedures, interface with internal and external customers, new orders forecast, purchase order/contract processing and close out, customer furnished property administration and shipping administration.
Location: East Farmingdale, NY
Salary/hourly rate: $120,700 to $130,000 + bonus opportunity

Your Challenge
- Create a collaborative team environment, focused on mutual accountability
- Effectively engage with both internal and external project stakeholders to drive project results
- Review contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy and contract specifications/requirements
- Ensure timely and accurate project status (schedule, cost, quality) updates for internal and external stakeholders
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Responsible for gaining customer acceptance of final product; delivered in accordance with all technical, contractual, industry, and quality requirement
- Provide liaison between customer and internal operating departments.
- Lead routine project team review meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Support customer and industry audits/surveys
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.
What You Bring
- Must be a US citizen
- BS in Engineering or Management MS in Management preferred
- 3-5 years related experience in Project/Program Management
- Knowledge of EVM preferred
- Application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities
- Knowledge of material specifications, manufacturing processes, and inspection techniques
- PMP preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of valves and/or fluid control equipment
- Drawing reading capability preferred
- Must be computer literate, specifically with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Requires administrative and technical knowledge with frequent interaction with employees and customers
- Prior experience with ORACLE ERP desirable.
