  • A demonstrated passion for, or commitment to, our mission
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in construction or development administration and/or project management, with exposure to solar PV projects preferred.
  • Unimpeachable integrity and glowing references
  • Proven experience understanding and navigating laws and regulations at a state and local level.
  • Deep familiarity with the community solar development lifecycle.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • A risk management mindset and ability to anticipate challenges.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy, intuition, and listening as well as strong writing, editing, and basic design skills.
  • High level of self-awareness and humility, with excitement about confronting uncomfortable situations or new challenges
  • Intellectual agility, curiosity, and creativity; problem-solving is your default mode

Responsibilities
  • Executing last-mile development tasks related to Generate-owned community solar projects.
  • Receiving acquired projects from the investment team and onboarding open development items.
  • Engaging with a range of external counterparties and development partners to close open permitting issues.
  • Off-boarding projects to the designated Project Manager at construction NTP.
  • Collaborating with the Commercial Project Delivery team to respond to 3rd party financing deliverables.
