  • 7+ years of a proven track record of driving towards growth goals under set volume targets, timelines and budgets
  • Ability to define key marketing KPIs and break them down into their underlying drivers to understand and influence performance from first principles
  • Ability to move fast and flexibly, juggling multiple projects with the trustworthiness to execute on schedule at high-velocity and attention-to-detail
  • Strategic and data-driven thinker able to breakdown and organize problems, assess opportunity areas, and develop big ideas and priorities to move the business forward
  • Understanding of hypothesis driven A/B, MVT and incrementality testing with the ability to analyze test result data to tease out learnings and insights to inform future testing

  • Master in building business cases for new opportunities (e.g. market sizing, competition assessment, needed resource and timeline assessment, go-to-market strategy, etc.)

Responsibilities
  • Own lifecycle (CRM) and organic growth (conversion optimization, LPs, SEO/ASO, promotions, referrals, content, etc)
  • Be the first hire in this area and grow the function and team
  • Hands on own and grow lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and push
  • Drive growth through referrals, promotions, and conversion rate optimization
  • Continually design and experiment through A/B testing to make campaigns more effective
  • Work cross-functionally to bring campaigns to life: working with designers, copywriters, product team, data analysts, and more
  • Evaluate new areas of growth and define a strategic approach for exploring them, such as SEO/ASO, distribution partnerships, comarketing etc
  • Partner closely with our creative, data science, product and engineering teams to deliver strategic growth projects cross-functionally
