Requirements
  • 10+ years of proven experience in progressive leadership roles focusing on strategy, revenue, operations, and enablement, with experience with global sales teams.
  • Experience at a large multinational company or startup during a hypergrowth phase.
  • Deep sales optimization, financial modeling, analytics, and operations expertise using data to guide insights, inform decisions and develop strategy.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Consumption and SaaS go-to-market models, sales support roles, business metrics, and growth standard methodologies.
  • Expertise in sales forecasting systems, executive reporting, and best practices.
  • Executive-level speaking and writing skills, including negotiation, influence, and presentation.
  • Excellent project management skills, including prioritization, structuring, and managing project interdependencies.
  • Prior successes directly managing teams and collaborating across the company.
  • Advanced university degree or equivalent.
Responsibilities
  • Achieve business growth by developing revenue strategies and optimizing operational processes and sales resourcing metrics, partnering with sales and marketing leaders.
  • Work with senior leadership to set and evolve GTM strategy to align with trends in the EOR industry and to support our global expansion.
  • Directly manage team members for capacity planning, sales compensation, and projects. Manage the annual planning process for Sales, including segmentation, sales resource coverage, role and capability planning, quota setting and capacity planning, and allocation of resources to the sales growth plan.
  • Evaluate market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and improve existing strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics and create analyses to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Oversee the GTM project portfolio, applying expertise, insights, and leadership to push forward GTM and company-wide strategies and programs.
  • Improve the efficacy of strategic programs by optimizing our use of incentive compensation for long-term impact.
  • Be a mentor to team members, promoting a collaborative environment.
