Responsibilities
  • Lead, as a single authority, the ADAS operations for Nvidia ADAS development including Operations planning, setup and test plan execution (across ops personal – Drivers, Test operators and Coordinators)
  • Drive priorities to ensure our development and test fleet achieves schedule/scope/budget targets, proactively elevate risks and obstacles
  • Work with matrixed team of partners from hardware, software, operations, customers and other teams to identify gaps, resolve issues and provide RCCA
  • Proactively define and provide KPIs and initiate improvements for efficiencies and report test execution and efficiency
  • Ensure compliant, flexible and efficient AV operations establishing and tuning matching trainings and processes
Desired Qualifications
  • Successfully delivering products from concept through launch
  • Deep understanding of product development processes, including fundamentals of automotive electronics, sensors and software
  • On the ground experience scaling vehicle operations
  • Extensive experience with critical metrics and data analytics as well as reporting dashboards and workflow management systems (e.g. Tableau, JIRA)
  • PM Certification/training a plus, not required
