Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Learns to manage the daily operations of a retail store by working under the close supervision of a Store Manager.
  • Learns about the factors impacting profitability and successful performance of an assigned retail store.
  • Learns to staff and train store employees in a manner that increases sales, ensures customer satisfaction, and complies with organizational policies and budgets.
  • Manages store inventory within corporate guidelines.
