  • Work closely with the Business Process Manager to develop analyses that lead to actionable business automation and process improvements
  • Manage multiple projects related to productivity improvement and customer satisfaction
  • Design process improvements and tool usage upgrade
  • Work closely with the Business Process Analyst to elaborate business metrics and KPI goals
  • Prepare and display strategic approach through ppt presentations
  • Lead training sessions and support team's adoption
  • Support Business Process manager on process documentation
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Jira is a plus
