Responsibilities
  • Care Coordinators are responsible for supporting patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued whilst also controlling the flow of the appointment.
  • Care Coordinators are expected to respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.
  • Care Coordinators will guide patients through our out-of-network experience and greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile.
  • Care Coordinators are expected to execute 5-star customer service.
  • Spear strives to foster a true community environment for both patients and team members; therefore, a collaborative spirit is valued to ensure everyone receives the care and support they need.
