Responsibilities
  • Develop and advise on enterprise architecture models.
  • Align technology initiatives with business objectives and experiences.
  • Advise on technology trends and innovations.
  • Validate solution discovery requirements and align them to customer outcomes and experience.
  • Present C1’s entire portfolio and Human Experience story.
  • Collaborate with key customers and maintain key technical relationships.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to create a unified approach to customer needs from solution crafting through account management.
  • Lead technical teams including Design Engineers, Solution Architects, Chief Advisors, Delivery Engineers, Project Managers, and Managed Services Engineers.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from discovery through project execution and support adoption in partnership with Services, Project Management, and Lifecycle teams.
  • Orchestrate major deals, integrating customer requirements through final implementation plans.
  • Interact directly with key customers, virtually and preferably in person, to build relationships, lead pre-sales, post-sales, and managed services projects, and ensure customer success.
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with customers who consume managed services and ensure solutions continue to align with their long-term objectives.
  • Remain connected to assigned customers between projects.
  • Work in a virtual office environment.
