Requirements
  • Minimum of three (3) years veterinary clinic experience with a training and/or leadership background strongly preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers, management, and peers.
  • Ability to build strong customer and peer partnerships that allow you to gain confidence and trust from others easily.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work in a dynamic environment and make quality, timely decisions.
  • Effective listening skills to discover customer needs and adapt approach and demeanor to different situations.
  • Comfortable learning and using technology such as computers, tablets, and Smartphones. Computer networking experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Field Sales Representatives and Customer Support to develop strategies to maintain Customer Accounts through education and other customer-centric solutions.
  • Install and train the staff in the clinic on the best way to use IDEXX Analyzers (ProCyte, Catalyst One, SediVue).
  • Assist with critical customer need visits, providing onsite technical support when things are not going according to plan.
  • Visit customers in the field every day, occasionally adjusting schedule to attend customer events and accommodate visits to emergency practices.
  • Utilize a wide array of programs to plan and strategize customer visits, serving as a true IDEXX Ambassador and trusted advisor.
  • Accountable for managing schedule based on unique attributes and needs of customers, while focusing on professional development and growth.
