Responsibilities
  • Position Harness Professional Services as a critical enabler of customer success.
  • Create compelling, tailored service proposals and presentations that showcase how service offerings maximize the value of the Harness platform for customers needs.
  • Conduct service workshops highlighting how Harness Services accelerate Onboarding and Adoption of the Harness platform.
  • Oversee the Statement of Work (SOW) process, including drafting SOWs that align with specific customer requirements while articulating clear value and justification for the proposed services.
  • Build and deliver pricing service proposals
  • Partner with Harness Sales Delivery teams to ensure service requirements are thoroughly understood and seamlessly translated into detailed design and implementation plans.
  • Support Sales teams by presenting the Professional Services program.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, ISEs, TPMs) and implementation partners to ensure seamless customer engagement.

The Aarhus-based startup Rig.dev has been acquired by San Francisco's Harness, a leading company in DevOps and platform engineering, which raised over DKK 1 billion last year. Rig.dev, known for enhancing developer experiences on Kubernetes, secured a DKK 15 million pre-seed investment in 2022.
