The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Combat Plans Division Lead supporting the 16th Air Force and the 616 Operations Center at Lackland AFB, TX.

Responsibilities Include:

• Generate correlated and/or fused ISR products and multiple general purpose support functions in response to multiple echelons of command-validated requirements.

• Apply operations expertise in development of detailed execution plans for Air, Space and Cyberspace operations. 

• Adhere to prescribed multi-discipline ISR TTPs.

• Use various analytical techniques, web-enabled capabilities, databases, and applications to provide multi-ISR discipline products and PED support within prescribed timelines.

• Conduct multi-discipline ISR collection management activities.

• Track validation and satisfaction of collection requirements and RFIs.

Clearance Required:

• Current TS/SCI clearance.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience. (Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree)

• Completion certificate from a commercial, military, or US government intelligence training course or a specialized intelligence career field

• Experience working in an Air Operations Center

• Experience with C-NAF or CCMD collection management

• Knowledge of theater/functional AOC ops and responsibilities

• Understanding of J2 and/or AOC functions such as operational planning and collection management

• Understand military operations and the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)

• Knowledge of the Joint Targeting Process

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:

• Experience supporting the ACC ISR Enterprise

• Experience in information warfare/cyberspace operations

• Current knowledge and understanding of the 616OC operations, organization, mission, and technical requirements

Pay Range:

Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
