Requirements

  • Ability to manage customer relationships and develop business opportunities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.

  • Professional-level German and English language skills.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Anticipate customer needs and align them with company capabilities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including program management, supply chain, quality, and purchasing.
  • Support customer visits, audits, and site tours.
  • Contribute to sales pipeline development and marketing initiatives.
  • Follow up on ongoing projects in collaboration with program management.
  • Work with program management, purchasing, customer service, and new product introduction teams.
  • Interact with customers mainly based in Germany, with occasional international exposure.
  • Progressively build a customer focus team depending on projects.
