  • Associates or college degree in a STEM field of study or equivalent experience
  • 5 years working in a manufacturing environment
  • 2 years leadership experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical motors, pumps, fans, blowers, and conveyors
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and process improvement techniques and principles
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and other applications related to the job
