As the Sr. Analyst/Analyst, Strategy & Operations, you will:
Develop business strategies to evaluate opportunities, propose plans, and ensure optimal execution
Design operating models to build or optimize the structure of a Division
Build the standard tools required for the businessto operate such as frameworks, reference materials, templates, toolkits, and more
Design or optimizefull end-to-end processes or programs that enable the business to scale
Seamlessly integrate optimized infrastructure into the day to day of the business
The Sr. Analyst/Analyst, Strategy & Operations has:
Proven skills, education, and/or experience in:
Business administration or related field
Process or organizational design
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values, Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
