Requirements
  • Master’s and/or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • 8 to 10 years of experience with at least four years of financial analyst related experience
  • strong quantitative disciplines in math, economics, accounting, or finance
  • ability to interact with executive leadership (CEOs and Chief Financial Officers) via phone and email
  • intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Access and Power BI experience is a bonus
  • VB macros in Microsoft Excel, Word or MS Access knowledge will be a plus
  • experience with research databases such as CapitalIQ and other tools is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Prepare transfer pricing reports and conduct business valuations for tax, financial reporting, and strategic purposes
  • Perform highly technical analyses in valuing business enterprises and their securities including Discounted Cash Flow Analysis, Comparable Merger and Acquisition Transaction Analysis, Comparable Public Company Multiple Analysis, Black-Scholes Option Pricing Valuation Analysis, First-Chicago Valuation Analysis, Monte Carlo Simulation Analysis, Cost-to-Recreate Analysis, Sum-of-the-Parts Analysis, Liquidity Analysis, Accretion/Dilution Analysis, Leveraged Buy-Out Analysis, Synthetic Put Analysis, Lattice Analysis, and Financial Modeling (three statements)
  • Determine appropriate discounts for lack of marketability and lack of control for equity securities
  • Perform benchmarking, financial statements analysis, and economic analysis of companies, markets, and industries
  • Draft and assist in the preparation of memos and reports
  • Research and review country-specific tax and transfer pricing regulations
  • Create a positive team member experience and engagement
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests from tax authorities
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders through written and verbal channels
  • Work with executive leadership including CEOs and CFOs via phone and email
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with PowerBI
  • CapitalIQ or other research databases experience preferred
  • VB macros in Excel/Word/Access
