  • Strong engineering or technical delivery background (e.g., Engineering Manager, Architect, Technical Delivery Lead)
  • Demonstrated ability to uplift technical maturity, improve delivery quality, and strengthen operational reliability
  • Experience managing in a matrix, integrated delivery model where teams support multiple markets and delivery outcomes depend on influence and alignment rather than direct control

  • Ability to operate and influence effectively in a partner-led model (e.g., DEPT® + Hexaware)

  • Support the adoption of automation, QA acceleration, and emerging technologies including AI-assisted quality and productivity tooling
  • Drive 'Bench Value': Ensure staff in the strategic pool are actively upskilling or contributing to internal accelerators, so they remain 'hot' for assignment
  • Own GCC hiring quality end-to-end, ensuring strong sourcing, screening rigor and technical assessments
  • Partner with Hexaware and DEPT® Talent Acquisition to build proactive talent pools and reduce reliance on reactive hiring
  • Monitor hiring velocity, rejection trends, skill distribution, and multi-market demand
  • Ensure effective onboarding, technical ramp-up, and integration into global delivery teams
  • Lead multi-year workforce planning aligned to DEPT®’s capability and market growth strategies
  • Ensure the GCC reliably supports delivery across global regions, maintaining high-quality, predictable performance
  • Partner with Regional Resource Managers to maintain real-time visibility of talent availability, ensuring the 'Supply' side meets the 'Demand' forecast
  • Ensure 'Day 1 Assignability': Guarantee that bench resources are technically trained, culturally inducted, and administratively ready
  • Identify delivery risks early and manage escalations collaboratively with Hexaware and DEPT® leadership
  • Strengthen cross-functional processes across TA, RM, IT, finance, operations, and people functions
  • Drive continuous improvement to elevate GCC delivery maturity and alignment with global delivery teams
  • Run the GCC as an extension of DEPT®'s regional delivery teams across EMEA and AMER, with shared craft ownership and regular working rhythms
  • Make the GCC easy for regional managers to access for resourcing and escalation, regardless of time zone
  • Earn trust through delivery proof points, transparent reporting, and visible presence in regional leadership forums
  • Build an engaged, high-performance culture grounded in accountability, transparency, and growth
  • Establish communication rhythms, cultural integration initiatives, and leadership development programs
  • Partner with craft leads to create career pathways, skills development plans, and capability uplift initiatives
  • Mentor emerging leaders and support the ongoing development of India-based technical and delivery leadership
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a digital agency or consulting environment is highly regarded, particularly within global or matrixed delivery structures
  • Familiarity with modern engineering practices, automation, cloud environments, and QA acceleration
  • Exposure to AI-assisted QA or productivity-enhancing engineering tools
