  • 8+ years product management and product roadmap experience
  • Experience working with Sales Cloud, CPQ and Shield
  • Experience working with a CLM and Marketing tech stack solutions
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
  • Experience with complex multi-phase projects
  • Experience working on integrations with SaaS tools
  • Effective collaboration and clear communication skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities
  • Develop the overall vision and execute a systems roadmap
  • Portfolio includes Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ), Marketing, CLM, Data Enrichment and other integrations with 3rd party SaaS apps
  • Innovate, automate and define scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional external customer experience, internal user experience and data integrity
  • Leverage AI and GenAI for insights, automation and next best action
  • Drive decisions on vendor contracts, products, license quantities and pricing
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce engineering team to identify solutions and tradeoffs
  • Partner with internal operations teams to ensure systems are compliant
  • Participate in daily standups and perform stakeholder demos
