Requirements
  • At least 5 years of Salesforce administration experience, including at least one large-scale implementation or migration led or co-led.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required.
  • Deep hands-on Salesforce Flow expertise and a strong understanding of the declarative versus programmatic boundary.
  • Experience owning change-management and release processes using DevOps tooling such as Gearset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment where the Salesforce data model is actively designed.
  • Hands-on experience writing and managing tickets in a project-management tool such as Linear or Jira, including breaking features into clear, well-scoped requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and build of a new Salesforce org from the ground up and manage its day-to-day operation.
  • Build and maintain custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and page layouts.
  • Design scalable solutions and partner with developers on complex enhancements requiring Apex, integrations, or custom user interfaces.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for Salesforce configuration, security, and data management.
  • Manage user and license provisioning, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and access models.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support and troubleshoot issues.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards and enable business users to access needed data.
  • Evaluate seasonal Salesforce releases and roll out beneficial new features.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize system performance, usability, and automation.
  • Partner with engineering and third-party vendors on integration design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Own change-management processes, including deployment strategies, release cycles, and sandbox coordination.
  • Ensure proper testing, documentation, and communication for all system changes.
  • Partner with business leaders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and align Salesforce capabilities with business goals.
  • Drive user adoption through training programs, documentation, and enablement strategies.
  • Monitor usage trends and identify opportunities to improve adoption and productivity.
  • Ensure the Salesforce org meets compliance, security, and audit requirements.
  • Track compliance-related tasks, including access reviews and data-handling practices.
  • Translate planned platform work into clear, well-scoped tickets in a project-management tool.
Desired Qualifications
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certification.
  • Experience with Agentforce or other Salesforce AI or agent tooling.
  • Experience with Litify or other legal case-management software such as Filevine, CasePeer, Clio, or Needles.
  • Exposure to personal-injury practice or another regulated, deadline-driven domain.
  • Familiarity with Slack as a system of engagement and with event-driven design.
  • Experience orchestrating Salesforce with AI tools to create metadata, documentation, and tickets efficiently.
