Requirements
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high volume environment.
  • Demonstrated success in building pipelines and developing top of funnel strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, teammates, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experienced in working with common recruiting tools and systems such as Ashby, and are able to leverage them to increase your productivity.
  • You understand and use metrics to inform your hiring tactics and strategies and help hiring managers to do the same.
Responsibilities
  • Lead full cycle recruiting for technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
