Requirements
  • An MD or DO degree and Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry, specializing in Child Psychiatry, Adult Psychiatry, or both.
  • An active Drug Enforcement Administration license and CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and virtual care platforms.
  • Three to five years of experience is preferred, although recent residency graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • A valid driver's license and auto insurance must be provided for credentialing purposes.
  • Ability to work within a Pay-for-Performance model.
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat children, adolescents, and/or adults in alignment with licensure and clinical focus.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Prescribe and manage medications using evidence-based practices and monitor treatment effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with behavioral health, primary care, and support teams in an integrated care model.
  • Provide care virtually or in a hybrid setting, depending on clinical need and provider preference.
  • Participate in case consultations, team huddles, and care planning sessions.
  • Use the electronic health record system to maintain clear, timely, and compliant records.
  • Meet Arizona Medical or Osteopathic Board requirements, including licensure and continuing education.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of patient care and organizational goals.
