- Datafeed integration capabilities with MSSQL, Oracle, DB2, Filesystem, and Non-Archer Tools
- Knowledge of Archer out-of-the-box solutions and Archer application features (User Access, Roles and Groups, Applications and field types, Basic reports and dashboards)
- Ability to build complex calculation fields to implement business rules
- Experience in managing assessments using questionnaires
- Familiarity with Archer application builder reports
- Experience conducting user acceptance testing of workflows and modifications in Archer
- Experience deploying finalized Archer products to production RSA Archer eGRC environment
- Maintenance of Archer GRC platform components including server hardware, SQL databases, Windows services, and RSA Archer product software
- Develop Archer eGRC data integration feeds to/from other systems as requested
- Provide regular status report updates on project plans and maintain schedules
- Develop custom scripts or utility applications to process repetitive tasks and increase team productivity
- Provide third-level troubleshooting support for security applications and appliances
- Continue to increase technical skill-set through continuing education
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with new RSA Archer eGRC user groups
- Develop workflow models within Archer development environment
- Datafeed integration with MSSQL/Oracle/DB2/Filesystem/Non-Archer Tools
