Work closely with the company founders to create our marketing plan and set priorities. You will design, plan, and execute effective brand and product marketing campaigns across all channels.
Deepen our marketing core-competency and be our thought leader on marketing principles and measuring impact, including being our market research expert on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Collaborate cross-functionally with our Product and Customer Success teams to intimately understand our customers, their needs, and their journey.
Establish best-in-class product marketing across email, social, blog posts, and more, including revitalizing our webinars and creating training and onboarding materials for agents who are experienced and new to the industry.
amplify the TravelJoy story and brand:
Create, surface, and repackage content marketing including landing pages, blog, videos, podcasts, and more - for both product marketing and employer branding audiences.
Hone and crystallize the TravelJoy brand - our voice, tone, and style - for all external-facing surfaces, especially for PR and announcements.
Research and investigate how to expand and engage TravelJoy’s community and reach new customers.
optimize our marketing performance:
Analyze our performance to make data-informed decisions on marketing campaigns and investments to increase our top of funnel, especially to webinars and signups.
