Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Finance or Accounting
- 4-6 years of finance related experience, preferably in the Accounting or Financial Planning disciplines
- Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make presentations to senior leadership and partner with senior leaders
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Flexibility to work in either Parsippany, NJ or New York City office, located at 200 5th Avenue
Responsibilities
- Analyze the Annual Plan to determine the risks and opportunities of the assumptions in relation to overall corporate objectives and provide support to assigned business units to ensure the plan is completed in an efficient, timely and accurate manner
- Perform ad hoc analysis across divisions/regions as requested by all levels of management and present recommendations based on output of analysis
- Provide meaningful insights to Senior Management regarding the competitive landscape and macro leading indicators
- Analyze current operating performance of assigned business units and make recommendations relating to growth and/or cost control opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned business unit leaders
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly reporting package, investor relations, and finance committee presentations for the Board of Directors
- Prepare and present the channel and business unit profitability analysis
- Split time between Parsippany, NJ and New York City office
Desired Qualifications
- Currently holds or is in pursuit of an MBA
- Experience with Hyperion Planning a plus
