Marketing at Loop is about being relatable to e-commerce brands. Providing ongoing value and connection that leads people to love our brand, love our product, and become a customer. The team is changing the way brands look at returns, and turning that into demand for Loop.
As the Content Marketing Specialist, you will be highly collaborative across internal teams while developing creative concepts, writing copy, copy editing, and managing the production of assets across digital and print mediums including social media, marketing campaigns, external events, internal assets, email, web, and product detail pages.
Loop HQ is a state-of-the-art office located in Columbus, Ohio, and more than half of our team works remotely across the United States and Canada. You can choose to join us in the Columbus office or stay fully remote in this role.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop engaging content to drive traffic, engagement, and customer retention on blogs, websites, paid media, landing pages, social media, and more.
- Collaborate with brand designers, product marketing, content writers, and web developers, and work cross-functionally with Loop internal teams to support multi-media requests.
- Understand Loop ICP, industry and target personas, and the buyer’s journey in order to address various aspects of the journey through content.
- Manage the editorial content calendar and deliverables.
- Actively participate in marketing campaign calls to understand how best to address various campaign needs through content to help ensure campaign success.
Your Experience:
- 2+ years of writing experience.
- Passion for writing and copy editing in various writing formats, styles, and lengths.
- Curiosity and excitement about writing on the following topics: employer branding initiatives, e-commerce, and consumer trends.
- Positive attitude; ability to collaborate and bring teams together.
