  • Proven leadership experience in an IT department with an emphasis on strong strategic thinking and ability to align IT objectives to overall business goals
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, networks, and emerging technologies, catering to both Windows and Mac users in a cloud-native environment
  • Experience leading complex IT projects, including rolling out new IT platforms

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the CTO and CISO to establish the company’s internal IT vision and manage infrastructure resources necessary.
  • Develop and maintain a best-in-class Cloud IT infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and able to adapt as technology and threats evolve.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet functional objectives.
  • Manage IT vendor relationships and control infrastructure costs, improving the bottom-line of the organization.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Work with the InfoSec team to ensure a secure IT infrastructure, achieving necessary compliance requirements.
  • Work with the InfoSec team to ensure IT infrastructure and IT control environment achieves security and compliance requirements necessary for meeting auditor expectations for SOC 2 attestations and HIPAA/HITRUST compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with other department heads to identify technology needs and provide solutions to support the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in technology and evaluate their potential impact on the company.
