Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
  • 3-4 years of experience in fundraising or campaign finance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Google Suite.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of pulling reports in the NGP database.
  • Experience managing finance events and staffing principals.
  • Travel may be required.
  • Flexibility to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee National Finance Committee program.
  • Manage and spearhead special projects for the finance department.
  • Oversee and staff finance call time with DNC Leadership.
  • Manage and maintain finance month and quarterly goals for the department.
  • Pull reports in NGP to track departments fundraising numbers in daily, weekly, and monthly updates.
  • Coordinate with internal DNC departments on behalf of the finance team.
  • Support the Director of Finance Operations as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the department and the DNC's mission.
