Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance is required for the position.

Description:

CTI is seeking an experienced TS/SCI polygraph cleared Systems Engineer to support our Intelligence Community customers.

The qualifications (required):

·Must be a US Citizen

·Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active CI polygraph

·Fourteen (14) years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity

·Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

·Four (04) years of additional SE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

·Derive lower-level requirements from higher-level allocated requirements, ensure requirements are complete, and provide input to program and contract work breakdown structure (WBS); develop systems engineering documentation; Assess and manage risks in accordance with an approved risk management plan
