Position Title: Life Enrichment Associate – Memory Care
Salary: $14 hourly with CNA certification
Schedule: Monday-Friday Days

Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Active Oklahoma CNA certification required.
- Senior Living community experience is preferred.
- Recreational therapy experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for up to 75% of the work day.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the work day.
- Must be able to access and navigate full campus.
- Ability to maintain mental & visual attention to diversified operations.
- Ability to function efficiently despite distractions and interruptions.
General Summary:
The Memory Care Life Enrichment Associate plans, coordinates, and directs a wide and varied scope of activities and programming that meet the wellness needs of Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. Encourages each resident to take part in the community life enrichment programs and/or assists facilitating meaningful one on one experience for residents.
Essential Job Duties:
- Coordinates and leads a wide and varied scope of activities with the intent of including all residents; encourages participation based on person-centered approach personal preference, and ability.
- Supports resident is determining their appropriate level and quantity of activity.
- Drive passenger bus and ensuring the safety of residents during transport.
- Maintains al equipment, supplies, public bulletin boards, ect. In an organized manner.
- Assists in gathering resources, planning and informing residents of upcoming activities.
- Maintains confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Other duties as assigned.
