Compensation Overview

bswift is currently seeking an Implementation Project Lead to join our growing team. The Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers with our best-in-class benefits administration software and services.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Implementation Project Lead is directly responsible for helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers on our best-in-class HR software and services. The Implementation Project Lead is responsible for managing the overall client implementation to bswift. The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for managing the client project plan with both internal and external stakeholders from the kickoff of a project until the client successfully transitioned to the ongoing delivery team.

Fundamental Components:

• Facilitate key implementation meetings including implementation kick-off, status and other workstream meetings.

• Execute the reporting and governance process for internal updates, contractual metrics and service level agreements

• Manage timelines to ensure smooth and efficient internal operations among teams while keeping executive Leadership updated on governance and execution.
• Manage client expectations by proactively identifying and mitigating project risks, escalating when appropriate and communicating turnaround times with reasonable delivery dates.

• Own project plans and governance for their assigned clients throughout the duration of a client implementation through transition to the ongoing delivery team.

• Effectively communicate with all critical project stakeholders to keep everyone informed on project status and ensure key deliverable dates are met.
• Proactively identifying and mitigating project and staffing risks and escalating where appropriate.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• Must have current or previous experience with benefits / implementation processes and methods.
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with internal, external, technical, and non-technical team members

• Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and brokers
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables, providing data summaries) and working knowledge of other MS Office products.
• High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization and accuracy/thoroughness 
• Ability to take initiative to meet challenges with resourcefulness and new innovative approaches while maintaining a high level of quality.

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description. 

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.  If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
