Document customer interactions in our CRM system.
Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
Collaborate with other team members to meet company goals and customer satisfaction standards.
Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt follow-up and solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to listen and respond to customer needs with patience and understanding.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software preferred.
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls.
Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus.
