  • 3+ years of experience in product management at great SaaS product companies
  • Direct experience bringing to market user-facing products and features powered by AI
  • Strong experience with rapid testing, learning, and derisking techniques, including user research/contextual inquiry, prototype testing, beta programs, and phased releases
  • Track record of strong partnerships with engineering and design leaders on both technical and design-heavy projects
  • Strong strategic instincts to identify AI opportunities and make data-driven decisions (qualitative + quantitative)
  • Proven ability to work closely with engineering and design on both highly technical and user-centric projects
Responsibilities
  • Work with one or more product teams and collaborate with other PMs to rapidly test, de-risk, learn about, and validate opportunities for emerging technologies and innovative canvas experiences
  • Bring a deep curiosity and sharp product sense to every challenge, questioning assumptions and finding first-principles solutions
  • Contribute to and help define Lucid’s AI vision, identifying opportunities to push the boundaries of what’s possible
  • Move quickly and decisively—testing, iterating, and de-risking AI opportunities through user research, prototyping, and rapid experimentation
  • Own product features and themes through their creative cycle: ideation, strategy, discovery, validation, definition, delivery, release, analysis, and iteration

  • Bachelors degree
