Requirements
  • Develop global industry strategy in collaboration with Chief Medical Officer
  • Translate industry customer needs into products/solutions ideas and collaborate with product teams to develop business cases for pursuing new product opportunities and influence product roadmaps
  • Collaborate with Chief Medical Officer and marketing to develop Qualtrics' brand and grow pipeline
  • Lead the generation of thought leadership on industry-specific experience management, value/ROI, and perspectives
  • Collaborate on development of sales assets (pitch decks, POVs, 1-pagers, etc.) that will resonate with industry customers
  • Engage with enablement leader to develop enablement strategy, plan, and execution to bolster Qualtrics industry knowledge
  • Participate in vetting potential industry partners (implementation, tech, and advisory partners) based on their ability to meet industry customer needs
  • Provide industry-specific customer and deal advisory support and foster new and ongoing customer relationships for collective success
  • Strong healthcare domain expertise: well-versed in challenges and opportunities impacting provider organizations, industry value drivers, industry technology stacks
  • Outstanding executive presence and communication skills to be able to engage with C-level executives
  • Comfort with regulatory programs in healthcare CAHPS, Magnet, etc and basic data management
  • Effective visual and verbal storytelling skills (e.g., logical structuring, focused on strategic business objectives)
  • Skilled at driving cross-functional collaboration to accomplish industry strategy execution
  • Willingness to travel ~25% (could be up to ~50%)
  • Preferred experience in design thinking and strategy
  • Previous experience at hyper growth startup welcome
  • Undergraduate degree; MBA, MA/MS, Phd, RN, or graduate degree in relevant field preferred

  • Achieve quarterly and annual industry revenue targets
  • Consistently develop pipeline in partnership with Marketing
  • Generate leading industry thought leadership
  • Develop reusable industry-focused assets for internal go-to-market teams to leverage in customer engagements
Desired Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience - combination of direct healthcare work experience and strategic consulting for healthcare; patient/employee experience, life science. SaaS and customer experience strategy knowledge and/or experience is a bonus
