Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding for health system and payer accounts, translating workflows into implementation plans and ensuring fast, compliant go-lives.
  • Own executive-level business reviews, renewals, and expansion conversations to drive Net Revenue Retention.
  • Monitor account health, proactively mitigate churn risk, and surface upsell opportunities through adoption metrics and customer feedback.
  • Build scalable playbooks, KPIs, and tooling (CRM, analytics dashboards, documentation) to strengthen TAM effectiveness.
  • Represent customer needs in product roadmap decisions and resolve technical blockers in collaboration with engineering.
  • Mentor and grow the technical account management team while directly managing key accounts.
