Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience and no more than 8 years of experience.
- Functional knowledge of Oracle Release 12 iRecruitment, Human Resources Management Systems, and Self-Service Human Resources modules.
- Knowledge of configuration and personalization of iRecruitment, Self-Service Human Resources, and Human Resources Management Systems screens.
- Prior implementation experience with the relevant modules is mandatory.
