Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience being a direct manager with a passion for people leadership
  • Strong business and financial acumen is a must
  • Proficiency in Excel with an understanding of processing data
  • Comfort presenting to senior leadership and expertise in storytelling
Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the B2B P&L and work closely with our Director of Emerging Channels to reforecast on a monthly basis
  • Prepare weekly and ad-hoc sales reports that outline the state of the business to improve efficiencies
  • Support the development of new high-impact initiatives
  • Develop short and long-term strategies to scale the business and increase B2B customers
  • Work closely with key cross-functional partners to help support the business by enhancing or developing new processes
  • Close deals through expert relationship management and strong business acumen
  • Manage the host of future trade shows
  • Be a great people manager to our incredible Business Development Associate
Desired Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, category management, or business development; experience in the startup space is a plus
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce is a plus)
  • Experience with Shopify, NetSuite, Glady, and Looker is a plus
