  • 3+ years of experience successfully doing this type of a role at a tech company
  • Technical, not writing code but technical enough to do SSO and auto provisioning while also understanding system architecture and IT
  • Experience integrating the products with company systems while also getting embedded in their libraries and within user analytics
  • Strong communication skills and must be salesy too
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple accounts at a time
  • Build trial environments for prospects accounts and transition to live accounts and handle seat add ons
  • Coordinate Integrations and Implementation activities with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Create client facing documentation to support the client integration process (requirements, checklists)
  • Work cross functionally with sales, engineering, and product to lead:
  • Account Provisioning
  • Implementation (scope, working directly with client implementation team, testing, launch)
  • Integrations - preferably familiar with LMS/LXP leaders
  • SSO Provisioning
  • Project Manage Security Reviews with IT Security and client contacts
  • Project Manage integrations with external partners to ensure deployment within agreed timelines, build project plans, manage deliverables, communicate status updates
  • Provide technical demos and answer questions around functionality limitations and roadmap direction
  • Provide input into the product roadmap based on trends in the exploration and onboarding phases of new customers
  • Platforms you'll work with: Degreed, Cornerstone, EdCast, Workday, Docebo, and more
  • No coding is required but an ability to troubleshoot code, parse error messages, use browser console tools, read documentation, and work with engineers at a technical level is required
