Requirements
  • Be preparing a Master’s degree in QSE/QHSE.
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Hold a valid driving license to travel to work sites.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the QSE Coordinator in drafting the zone’s QSE policy and objectives and facilitate the management review.
  • Monitor QSE indicators and ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Propose discussion topics for agencies.
  • Create QSE communication materials.
  • Facilitate and manage safety challenges.
  • Update documents, deploy them to the relevant stakeholders, and monitor implementation.
  • Manage the process for workplace accidents, commuting accidents, and occupational diseases and monitor follow-up.
  • Raise employees’ awareness of quality and occupational health best practices in agencies and on sites.
  • Communicate monthly frequency and severity indicators to the agency through agency meetings.
  • Monitor the completion of return-to-work interviews.
  • Conduct in-depth root-cause analyses.
  • Assist with internal audits, including NF SERVICES, MASE, and regulatory audits.
  • Conduct the agency’s HSE diagnostic in coordination with directors.
  • Participate in external certification audits.
  • Facilitate the creation and progress of action plans following internal and external audits.
  • Communicate audit results to agencies.
