- Be preparing a Master’s degree in QSE/QHSE.

- Assist the QSE Coordinator in drafting the zone’s QSE policy and objectives and facilitate the management review.
- Monitor QSE indicators and ensure objectives are achieved.
- Propose discussion topics for agencies.
- Create QSE communication materials.
- Facilitate and manage safety challenges.
- Update documents, deploy them to the relevant stakeholders, and monitor implementation.
- Manage the process for workplace accidents, commuting accidents, and occupational diseases and monitor follow-up.

- Conduct in-depth root-cause analyses.
- Assist with internal audits, including NF SERVICES, MASE, and regulatory audits.
- Conduct the agency’s HSE diagnostic in coordination with directors.
- Participate in external certification audits.
- Facilitate the creation and progress of action plans following internal and external audits.
- Communicate audit results to agencies.
- Ideally have an initial company experience in quality, safety, and environment.
- Be proactive, curious, and willing to take on challenges.
- Have good communication skills and the ability to adapt to different stakeholders.
