- Solution Customization: Collaborate closely with the technical team to tailor G-STEP solutions to meet the unique requirements of each government agency
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of G-STEP, emphasizing its ability to address the specific challenges faced by government staff
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, including pricing and contract negotiations, in collaboration with the sales and legal teams
- Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, government regulations, and competitive offerings to position G-STEP effectively in the federal marketplace
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), consistently tracking progress and reporting to the Sales Manager
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales activities in the company's CRM system
