Overview
As a Customer Success Consultant you’ll be a key member of the broader Customer Success Team, enhancing customer experience by adding data and insight to Braze’s best known customers. Working with a mixture of new and tenured Customers, the Customer Success Consultant uses industry best practices as well as advanced reporting to help Customers optimize their Customer Engagement Program and measure the impact of changes implemented from your recommendations. As part of a global team of Customer Success Consultants, you’ll work hand in hand with a range of regional Customer Success Managers who are the Customer’s main point of contact to gain an understanding of the Customer’s business priorities to adapt your recommendations accordingly.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create and expand a set of modular, strategic programs designed to optimize customer ROI. These programs contain a mixture of thought leadership, product usage best practices, as well as drawing insight from advanced reporting.
- Deliver these strategic programs to cross-functional customer teams primarily over 4 remote calls with in-depth email insight follow ups. These customers will span across multiple customer classifications including SMB, Enterprise and Commercial.
- Continually evolve new programs alongside the Braze Growth and Industry Solutions teams based on internal and external feedback and outcomes
- Form a tight partnership with the customer facing teams at Braze, including our Customer Success Managers who manage the day to day strategic relationship with our customers
WHO YOU ARE
- Data driven consultant with strong Customer Engagement industry domain knowledge.
- 4+ years experience working within data/analytics teams measuring the impact of customer engagement on overall business KPIs.
- You’re known for being a “team player.” We just can’t emphasize this enough as you’ll work with larger Customer facing teams within Customer Success to seamlessly enhance the customer experience as well as being part of a global Customer Success Consultant team.
- Ability to present deep analytics in a digestible and actionable manner for Customers to act on
- Understanding of how analytics and data impact marketing and are skilled in telling this story to an audience
- Extensive experience with data analytics tools such as Looker
- Experience with Technologies and Processes for Marketing, Personalization, and Data Orchestration
- A ‘can do’ attitude as a founding member of the new CS Consulting team, with a high level of comfort with change.
- You are intellectually curious and are known as a problem solver, you’re not afraid to tackle problems
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $72,000 and $112,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $90,000 and $140,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
