Requirements
  • 2-4 years of People Ops/HRIS/Analyst or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Experience using the Workday product suite, Greenhouse, Cornerstone or ServiceNow preferred
  • Strong background in using HR data and HRIS products
  • Expert level in Excel
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools, i.e. Tableau, Domo, etc.
  • Excellent communications skills
  • True sense of pride, ownership, and willingness to go the extra mile
Responsibilities
  • Manage data/analytics requests
  • Interpret complex data sets and communicate actionable insights
  • Develop reporting systems for HR functions and company-wide operations
  • Audit and maintain People systems
  • Partner with key stakeholders for business intelligence
  • Integrate data files from HR system to third-party recipients
  • Evaluate systems needs and make recommendations
  • Build and maintain system back ends
  • Provide support to end users
  • Provide backup support for team members
