Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • 5 -8 years of work experience in Quality Assurance roles with automation testing experience in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ environments.
  • Experience with automated testing tools such as Provar, Selenium or ACCELQ.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Experience testing APIs, integrations, and cloud-native environments.
  • Knowledge of testing integrations, and end-to-end system processes.
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
Responsibilities
  • Design test processes and procedures used to ensure that the Salesforce platform operates within defined requirements.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation scripts across Salesforce applications.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Validate new functionality, APIs, workflows, integrations, and UI/UX elements for compliance and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing.
  • In-depth functional testing – Must be able to evaluate functional stability to ensure business requirements are being met and are 'fit-for-purpose' through end-to-end functional and automation testing.
  • Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure regression coverage and speed up delivery cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, developers and stakeholder teams to identify defects and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure Salesforce platform configurations align with quality and security standards.
  • Maintain detailed test documentation and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Conduct UAT and Track KPIs related to test coverage, defect rates, and release stability.
