  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a maintenance position
  • Computer skills and building automation systems experience required.
  • Fire/Life Safety experience.
Responsibilities
  • Maintains and performs repairs to buildings, utilities, grounds and equipment.
  • Optimize the repair and maintenance of HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems.
  • Maintains continuous operations of equipment by troubleshooting and repairing.
  • Provide hands-on training and collaboration to other engineering team members.
  • Records all pertinent data in building logbooks and makes all appropriate daily entries.
  • Conducts utility and equipment tests.
  • Process administrative paperwork in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
  • Stay abreast of the latest technology as related to building systems and equipment and emergency response regarding fire and life safety.
  • Actively functions as a team member.
  • Demonstrates commitment to quality of service.
  • Complies with ABM Engineering Services and facilities’ policies and procedures.
  • Complies and participates with ABM Engineering Services safety program.
  • Complies and participates in facility specific safety program.
  • Maintains regular attendance in the workplace.
  • Provides highest quality of service to the tenants, staff and visitors at the facility.
  • Participate in regular required communication with Chief Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer, management, tenants and other staff.

Abm Expands And Extends Credit Agreement

NEW YORK, Feb. 27, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ABM ABM, a leading provider of facility solutions, today announced the successful expansion and extension of its senior secured credit agreement. The expanded credit facility now totals $2.2 billion, comprising a $1.6 billion revolving credit facility and a $600 million amortizing term loan, with a maturity date of February 26, 2030. The amended facility replaces ABM's prior credit agreement, which was scheduled to mature on June 28, 2026. The previous facility totaled $1.95 billion, consisting of a $1.3 billion revolving credit facility and a $650 million amortizing term loan. Prior to the amendment, the outstanding balance on the existing term loan was $528 million
