Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR operational processes and best practices across the company
  • Plan and drive the people analytics to ensure the leadership team has real-time insights to effectively run their organization
  • Design and implement performance management with alignment to culture and values
  • Drive the reward strategy ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness
  • Manage compensation benchmarking efforts and lead compensation programs
  • Create career progression and professional development programs
  • Participate actively with reviewing compliance requirements
  • Oversee the management and administration of company benefits
  • Champion for company values and foster a positive and engaged workforce
  • Lead special projects as necessary
Desired Qualifications
  • Public company experience as a leader in HR function is a strong plus
  • Experience with Immigration a plus
  • HRCI, SHRM, or CCP certifications is a plus
