The WongDoody Studios in EMEA and APAC are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager focused on supporting internal and external communications for EMEA. This is one of our fastest-growing markets and we are seeking a creative and ambitious self-starter who has a passion for storytelling. In this role, you will support and help amplify the vision and narrative for WongDoody’s global experience design business across key external, and internal audiences. This position will work closely with the Global MarCom group based in the US and be responsible for driving the EMEA regional strategy.
Collaboration and stakeholder management is a must! In this role, you will partner with a broad, cross-functional team spanning marketing, PR, business development, various business and design groups - to ensure compelling, consistent messages and experiences across all initiatives. You will also manage the day to day relationship with our PR agency.
Touchpoints include: delivering content supporting the evolution of our vision and narrative messaging, support for sales enablement, social media, thought leadership (including but not limited to support for keynotes & speaking engagement) and internal business communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Work to create, support, and manage the overall marketing strategy of the agency, with the goal of increasing the impact and reach of our brand, generating more leads and helping the agency to win more work.
- Support team deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met, expectations are set and proper cross-communication is happening. We will want all your attention to detail in play here to keep multiple teams on track.
- Support the development of cross business unit messaging to support vision, service offerings, product launches and client success stories.
- Support the development and implementation of executive communication strategies.
- Support development and execute cross-platform executive level communications and speakerships, including internal and external.
- Support the global team with regular content updates on the WongDoody website.
- Develop daily/weekly/monthly communication deliverables that support the Global MarCom narrative and vision.
- Partner with key teams across WongDoody to ensure targeted, appropriate and consistent messaging of the WongDoody Powered by Infosys voice.
- Track, package and report results to stakeholders in a way that’s visually interesting.
- Keep industry associations, memberships, and profiles up to date
- Building and maintaining a permission-based list of prospects and influencers and sending appropriate e-mailings (newsletters, in-house events, partner events)
- Encourage positive solutions and be a contributor to the team culture and inspire the team to grow.
- Attend weekly accountability meetings with management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
You will need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in PR, marketing and/or business administration
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills
- Track record of successfully driving marketing, narrative or messaging programs
- B2B marketing and/or agency communications experience
- Drafting internal and external communications, including presentation building, email drafting and hosting virtual events
- Driving results with cross-functional colleagues and external stakeholders
- An understanding of UX, technology, and the role content plays in communications
- Experience working with global teams and representing multiple regions
- Visual design and layout experience desired, but not required.
