  • 6-18 months experience in Sales, with a strong preference for a background in SaaS or B2B Sales in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Responsibilities
  • Constant outbound prospecting to potential clients, utilizing internet search and tools such as LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Contact, qualify and follow up opportunities, through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn.
  • Engaging prospects in consultative discovery to understand their needs and identify how we can help.
  • Take a consultative approach and propose solutions based on the Adthena Value Proposition, leveraging Adthena case studies and use cases.
  • Meet, if not exceed monthly targets and document activity within Salesforce.
  • Use sales technologies such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai, Lusha and Outreach or equivalents to power your outreach campaigns.
  • Navigate conversations with technical and economic buyers at a strategic level (C-Suite, VP or Director).
  • Work closely with your AE to build a Sales pipeline.
  • Eager to advance within the sales organization by creating a positive impact both within the role and also in the broader organization.
  • Use your initiative to be successful in the role.
