Must-haves
Experience architecting, developing and/or testing blockchain protocols and smart contracts.
Experience building scalable and secure backends in Go, Rust, Python or other modern languages.
Passion for building, a bias for action, and being excited by uncertainty.
Nice-to-haves
Undergrad or postgrad degree in Computer Science
