- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling email communications
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for internal and external meetings
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and leadership team, staff, clients, and vendors
- Track project timelines, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely completion
- Draft high-quality internal communications, reports, and confidential documents
- Manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Support cross-functional workflows and contribute to process optimization
- Experience in a creative, design, or real estate environment is a plus
