Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify project-based opportunities for HVAC installations, retrofits, and major repairs through proactive outreach, networking, and market research
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to build a robust project pipeline, leveraging industry insights and aligning with company growth objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their specific project needs and presenting tailored HVAC solutions
  • Work closely with clients to scope out projects, define deliverables, and provide accurate, competitive proposals that outline timelines, costs, and technical specifications
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms align with project objectives and company standards, and work to close deals that support long-term partnerships
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations, coordinating closely to provide seamless transition from sale to execution
  • Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of trends, industry needs, and competitor activity, utilizing findings to refine project sales strategies
  • Maintain comprehensive records of project leads, client interactions, and pipeline stages in the CRM system to monitor progress and drive results
  • Gather post-project feedback, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring client satisfaction to build trust and increase repeat business
