- 5+ years of experience of experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade Machine Learning solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Python for machine learning and data analysis, including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and XGBoost.
- Expert-level SQL skills for complex data querying, transformation, and performance optimization.
- Strong experience with AWS and big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Presto.
- Proven experience designing, building, and deploying enterprise LLM applications in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic AI workflows.
- Experience using modern LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar.
- Strong understanding of production MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model versioning, deployment strategies, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts, architectural decisions, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong product and customer-centric thinking, with the ability to design AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Understanding of business metrics, product KPIs, and AI solution success measurement.
- Amazon Redshift Experience for large-scale data warehousing.
